    You can always pause or cancel your membership. Manage billing through your backend portal. 
    When do boxes ship?
    Although we do not guarantee an exact shipping date each quarter, boxes generally ship during the following time frames:
    Quarter 1: February 15 to February 30th
    Quarter 2: May 15th to May 30th
    Quarter 3: August 15th to August 30th
    Quarter 4: November 15th to November 30th
    When will my subscription renew?
    Your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each quarter. The beginning of each quarter within a calendar year are as follows:
