How exactly does the Gainz Box subscription work?
It’s simple! Choose your plan, tell us your sizes, and a box of premium fitness apparel, supplements, and gear get delivered straight to your door every quarter.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Absolutely not. We believe in zero commitments. You can easily cancel your subscription anytime.
When will my credit card be charged?
You will be charged immediately upon signing up for your first box. For future boxes, you will be automatically billed on the renewal date of the upcoming quarter.

What kind of gear will I get in my box?
Every box is a premium mix of top-tier fitness apparel, gym equipment, high-quality supplements, and wellness accessories handpicked for active induvials.
Do I know what’s inside before it ships?

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free US Shipping! There are zero hidden shipping fees at checkout for all domestic orders.
When will my box ship?
If you order a Past Box or Mystery Box, it ships within 3-5 business days. For our standard Quarterly Subscription, boxes are shipped during specific seasonal windows (Feb, May, Aug, Nov) to ensure everyone gets the latest seasonal gear.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your box leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Replacements
What if an item in my box is damaged?
We’ve got your back. You have our 30-Day Damage Protection. Simply take a photo of the damaged item within 30 days of shipping, contact our support team, and we will rush you a replacement.
Can I return or exchange items that don't fit?
Because every box is custom-curated based on the exact sizes you provide during sign-up, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our curated boxes, all sales are generally final once processed. However, if you experience any major issues, our support team reviews requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure you are taken care of.
