Billing

What happens if my credit card payment is declined on the date of charge?

If your account is currently active and the payment for your renewal is declined, your account will be placed in a expired state. Our system will automatically continue attempting to charge your card to collect payment. In order to stop the billing attempts, you must cancel the account before the payment is successfully processed.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Monthly Subscription- you will be billed for your first box the day that you subscribe to Gainz Box. Your next payment will automatically be scheduled for the 1st day of each following month, per your subscription term.  3, 6, & 12 Month Subscriptions- you will be billed for your planned term upfront. Your next payment will automatically be scheduled for the 1st day of the month AFTER your term has finished.

What products will my Gainz Box contain?

Every month you’ll get a different mix of 4-6 items from well-known, popular, up-and-coming brands including workout apparel, supplements, equipment, accessories, healthy snacks, education and other suprises. Our experts carefully select each item based on current and emerging trends, so you’re always in the know about the hottest fitness gear.

My account is cancelled/expired. Will I still receive my replacement item?

While we normally send replacement items in your next box, if you cancel your account you will receive your replacement item in separate packaging the following month.

How do I review a product?

To review products from your monthly boxes, please follow the instructions below:
1. Create a pointz account using your Gainz Box subscription email on our website.
2. Take a quick survey about the products in the box.
3. Earn pointz and get free stuff!
You earn up to 5 pointz for every review you leave for the items you received in your monthly Gainz Box. We can’t wait to hear what you think of your next box!

When will the current month’s items appear available for review?

The current month’s box products will appear available for review by the last week of each month.

What box am I going to get?

Upon subscribing (or resubscribing), you will be billed for your first box. Your first box will be the current month box as long as you subscribe before the 15th of that month.
For example:
If you subscribe May 16th – June 15th, you would be billed for a June Box.
If you join us on June 16th – July 15th, you would be billed for July Box.

Pointz

What are Pointz?

Exclusively for active members, Pointz are our way of thanking our Gainz subscribers for their loyalty and feedback on our box products!
Pointz are earned by reviewing the items you received in your monthly box.
-3 pointz for reviewing the full Gainz Box
-5 pointz for every individual product review!
Pointz can be reedemed through our Pointz store.

Why can’t I reedeem my Pointz?

Our Pointz program is an exclusive feature for our active subscribers. If your account is currently canceled or in a past due status, your Pointz account will be disabled until your account is back in an active status.

When will I receive the item I redeemed with my Pointz?

Pointz orders will ship within 5-10 business days from the date the order is place.
There is a $6 flat rate shipping cost for all orders.
You will receive an email with tracking once your order has been processed. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

How do I earn Pointz?

By reviewing your monthly products. To review products from your monthly boxes, please follow the instructions below:

Shipping & Tracking

Do you ship internationally?

We are working hard to get our Gainz Boxes far and wide!
At this time, we are able to ship to the United States and its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.). We are also able to ship to military bases as long as the shipping address is an APO, FPO, or DPO.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Each month, you will receive your tracking number by email within 48-72 business hours from the moment your box ships out of our facilities, normally between the 15th & 20th. Due to processing times, you may receive a tracking number on different days each month.
Although tracking information will always contain the most accurate delivery timeframes, please allow a couple of business days for your tracking information to update after you’ve received your tracking email.

When will I receive my box?

Boxes ship out of our facilities between the 15th & 20th of each month and should arrive by month’s end.
Please note- if you subscriber directly after a month’s box has closed (normally the 16th or 17th) your next box will ship between the 15th & 20th of the following month.

Account Information

How can I change the address on my account?

To update your address, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Log into your athlete profile.
Step 2: Click “Edit” under the shipping address section
Step 3: Enter your new address information and click “Save”
Step 4: Then click “Edit” on your subscription.
Step 5: Select the new shipping address from the drop down options
Step 6: Click “Change”
Your box will ship to the address that is set as your shipping address as of the 1st of the month. Please remember to update your address before the 1st of the month to ensure your box is shipped to the correct address.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

– Log into your account using your email address and password
– Click “reactivate” on your subscription.
– Follow any needed steps to confirm payment information and submit!
Upon resubscribing, you will be activated at that time for the month’s box if it is before the 15th.
Once billed for your box, you will then be billed on the 1st of every month moving forward or per your subscription plan.

How do I change my subscription term?

To change your subscription term, please follow the instructions below:
– Log into your athlete profile
– Click “edit” under your subscription
– Choose the subscription term that you would prefer in the “CHOOSE A NEW SUBSCRIPTION TERM” box
– Click “Change” to save your changes
The change will be applied on your next renewal date; be sure to change your subscription term prior to being billed.

If I cancel and reactivate will my information be saved?

Your information will be stored if you log into your Gainz Box account using the same email address and password.

Refunds & Replacements

Do you offer refunds?

Once you have been billed for a new subscription activation or a subscription renewed we are not able to offer a refund, return, or exchange.

What is your return policy?

No returns, exchanges or refunds. If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your box with photos of the damage alongside the shipping label on your box. Both items must be photographed together, in the same picture. Please don’t black out the name and address.
If you’re missing your box, please send us an email with your best shipping address within 30 days of your box being reported as delivered. You are only allowed one replacement per calendar year for a box marked as delivered. We are unable to offer a replacement for a box when the tracking information is no longer available by FedEx/USPS/DHL. Replacement boxes ship out within 5-10 business days from the date they are processed; remember, business days don’t include weekends or holidays. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your box is on its way to you.

Limited Edition

What is the Limited Edition box?

The Limited Edition Box features everything you want and need for your active lifestyle. Retail value of these boxes tyically range $250 – $400.

Do you have to be a Gainz subscriber to purchase the Limited Edition box?

No the Limited Edition Box is a one-time purchase through our Merch store.

Warehouse Sale

What is the warehouse sale?

Gainz Box has curated a selection of products ranging from apparel, equipment, accessories, consumables and supplements and is offering them for up to 80% off. Happy shopping! Our warehouse sales only happen a couple of times per year and have limited quantities. Be sure to be on the lookout for notifications when our next one will be.
