What happens if my credit card payment is declined on the date of charge?

If your account is currently active and the payment for your renewal is declined, your account will be placed in an expired state. Our system will automatically continue attempting to charge your card to collect payment. In order to stop the billing attempts, you must cancel the account before the payment is successfully processed.

What happens on my July 1st renewal?

If you are currently signed up as a month-to-month subscriber you will be charged $99 plus shipping for your quarterly box. You will be recharged on October 1st $99 plus shipping.

If you have pre-paid for a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription and are still owed boxes you will be prorated and charged accordingly. See below for a breakdown:

  • If you are owed 1 box you will be charged $66 plus shipping
  • If you are owed 2 boxes you will be charged $33 plus shipping
  • If you are owed 3 boxes you will NOT be charged for your first quarterly box (Q3 2021). You will renew on October 1st for $99 plus shipping.
  • If you are owed 4 boxes you will NOT be charged for your first quarterly box (Q3 2021). You will renew on October 1st for the partial amount of $66 plus shipping
  • If you are owed 5 boxes you will NOT be charged for your first quarterly box (Q3 2021). You will renew on October 1st for the partial amount of $33 plus shipping
  • If you are owed 6 boxes you will NOT be charged for your first (Q3 2021) or second quarterly box (Q4 2021). You will renew on January 1st for $99 plus shipping.
  • If you are owed 7 boxes you will NOT be charged for your first (Q3 2021) or second quarterly box (Q4 2021). You will renew on January 1st for the partial amount of $66 plus shipping
  • If you are owed 8 boxes you will NOT be charged for your first (Q3 2021) or second quarterly box (Q4 2021). You will renew on January 1st for the partial amount of $33 plus shipping
  • If you are owed 9 boxes you will NOT be charged for your first (Q3 2021), second (Q4 2021), or third quarterly box (Q1 2022). You will renew on April 1st for $99 plus shipping.
  • If you are owed 10 boxes you will NOT be charged for your first (Q3 2021), second (Q4 2021), or third quarterly box (Q1 2022). You will renew on April 1st for the partial amount of $66 plus shipping.
  • If you are owed 11 boxes you will NOT be charged for your first (Q3 2021), second (Q4 2021), or third quarterly box (Q1 2022). You will renew on April 1st for the partial amount of $33 shipping.
How will I be charged going forward?

After your renewal, you will then be on a quarterly cycle. Renewal dates are January 1st, April 1st, July 1st & October 1st – each for $99 plus shipping

Our experts carefully select each item based on current and emerging trends, so you’re always in the know about the hottest fitness gear.

How do I review a product?

To review products, please follow the instructions below:
1. Create a pointz account using your Gainz Box subscription email on our website.
2. Take a quick survey about the products in the box.
3. Earn pointz and get free stuff!
You earn up to 5 pointz for every review you leave for the items you received in your quarterly Gainz Box. We can’t wait to hear what you think of your next box!

When will the current quarterly items appear available for review?

The current box’s products will appear available for review by the last week of the 3rd month of the quarter.

Pointz

What are Pointz?

Exclusively for active members, Pointz are our way of thanking our Gainz subscribers for their loyalty and feedback on our box products!
Pointz are earned by reviewing the items you received in your quarterly box.
-3 pointz for reviewing the full Gainz Box
-5 pointz for every individual product review!
Pointz can be reedemed through our Pointz store.

Why can’t I reedeem my Pointz?

Our Pointz program is an exclusive feature for our active subscribers. If your account is currently canceled or in a past due status, your Pointz account will be disabled until your account is back in an active status.

When will I receive the item I redeemed with my Pointz?

Pointz orders will ship within 5-10 business days from the date the order is place.
Shipping cost will vary.
You will receive an email with tracking once your order has been processed. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

How do I earn Pointz?

By reviewing your quarterly products. To review products from your quarterly boxes, please follow the instructions below:

Shipping & Tracking

Do you ship internationally?

We are working hard to get our Gainz Boxes far and wide!
At this time, we are able to ship to the United States and its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) as well as Canada. We are also able to ship to military bases as long as the shipping address is an APO, FPO, or DPO.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Each cycle, you will receive several emails that will inform you when your box is being packed, as well as when it leaves the warehouse.  When you receive the email that your box is on the road, it will include the respective tracking number for your 2-day priority shipping.

The next Box is currently scheduled to hit the road around the 1st week of August.

If you lost or deleted the email with tracking, please reach out to [email protected] and we will assist you from there.

 

Refunds & Replacements

Do you offer refunds?

Once you have been billed for a new subscription activation or a subscription renewed we are not able to offer a refund, return, or exchange.

What is your return policy?

No returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your box with photos of the damage alongside the shipping label on your box. Both items must be photographed together, in the same picture. Please don’t black out the name and address.
If you’re missing your box, please send us an email with your best shipping address within 30 days of your box being reported as delivered. You are only allowed one replacement per calendar year for a box marked as delivered. We are unable to offer a replacement for a box when the tracking information is no longer available by FedEx/USPS/DHL. Replacement boxes ship out within 5-10 business days from the date they are processed; remember, business days don’t include weekends or holidays. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your box is on its way to you.
